1. Account and profile data

We may process information you provide when registering and maintaining an account, including your name, email address, mobile number and matrimonial profile information such as age, gender, location, education, occupation, religion, caste, family details, partner preferences and other fields supported by the service.

2. Photos and horoscope

Photos and horoscope files uploaded to the platform are stored and processed to provide profile features. Access to private material is controlled by application permissions, membership rules and moderation controls.

3. Contact information

Contact details are handled according to account permissions, profile privacy settings and applicable membership features. Do not publish information you do not want other members to see.

4. Payments

Membership payments may be processed through Razorpay or another payment provider enabled by the application. Payment records such as provider order/payment identifiers, amount, currency and status may be retained for reconciliation, fraud prevention and customer support. Payment-card credentials are handled by the payment provider rather than stored as raw card data by ASHIRWAD MATRIMONY.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The service may use cookies and browser storage for authentication, security, preferences such as theme selection, sessions and essential functionality. Where non-essential technologies are introduced, the applicable notice and controls should be followed.

6. How information is used

Information may be used to operate accounts, display profiles, provide search and matching features, deliver interests and messages, process subscriptions and payments, send transactional emails, prevent abuse, moderate content, troubleshoot the service and improve reliability.

7. Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate the platform, such as hosting, email delivery, payment processing, security or infrastructure. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect users, the service or third parties.

8. Third-party services

Third-party services can include Razorpay for payments, an email provider for transactional messages, hosting/infrastructure providers and other services configured by the platform. Their processing is subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

9. Email

We may send transactional emails for verification, interests, messages, payments, security and other account events. These are service communications rather than a promise of promotional email delivery.

10. Security

We use application-level authentication, authorisation, validation, access controls and other reasonable technical measures. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so members should use strong passwords and protect their login credentials.

11. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, update, restrict or request deletion of personal information. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal, payment, fraud-prevention or accounting purposes.

12. Account deletion and retention

You can use the Account Settings page to request permanent account deletion. The application removes the member profile from discovery and deletes private profile files, while records that must be retained for payment, security, fraud prevention, legal or accounting purposes may be retained or anonymised. Deletion may be subject to verification and legitimate retention requirements. Information that is no longer required should be deleted or anonymised according to the platform's operational and legal requirements.
