Rules for using ASHIRWAD MATRIMONY responsibly and safely.

1. Account creation
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and use the service only when you are legally permitted to do so. One person should not create misleading or deceptive accounts.
2. User responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you publish and the interactions you initiate. Do not impersonate another person or deliberately provide materially false matrimonial information.
3. Fake profiles, fraud and scams
Fake identities, financial scams, deceptive requests for money, phishing, impersonation and other fraudulent activity are prohibited and may result in immediate restriction or termination.
4. Harassment and conduct
Threats, stalking, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, abusive behaviour and unwanted repeated contact are prohibited. Use blocking and reporting tools when appropriate.
5. Photos and content
Upload only content you have permission to use and that complies with the platform rules. Do not upload illegal, exploitative, deceptive or abusive material.
6. Messaging and interests
Interests and messages are intended for genuine matrimonial communication. Membership limits, privacy rules and safety controls apply. Attempts to bypass these controls are prohibited.
7. Membership
Free, Basic, Standard and Premium memberships provide features and limits shown by the platform. Benefits depend on an active subscription and may cease when the subscription expires or is otherwise inactive.
8. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed through the configured payment provider. Charges, subscription periods and available refund rights are shown during purchase or in the applicable plan terms. Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law or an expressly stated refund policy.
9. Refund and cancellation policy
Membership refunds and cancellations are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy and any plan-specific terms shown before purchase.
10. Suspension and moderation
ASHIRWAD MATRIMONY may review reports, restrict interactions, suspend accounts, reject verification or take other reasonable moderation action where there is suspected abuse, fraud, safety risk or violation of these terms.
11. Termination
An account may be terminated by the member or by the platform where permitted by these terms or applicable law. Certain records may be retained when necessary for security, payment reconciliation, legal compliance or dispute handling.
12. Privacy
Use of the platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.
13. Availability and liability
The service may occasionally be unavailable or changed. ASHIRWAD MATRIMONY does not guarantee that a member will find a particular match or relationship outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited as described by the applicable legal framework and these terms.
14. Changes
These terms may be updated when the service, law or operational requirements change. Continued use after an effective update indicates acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
